Sabre Analysis deal with blockages and evaluations and their joint and separate influences on selections. Evaluations measure option selectability while blockages prevent selection. Blockages exist, for example, when selections cannot be made amongst products and services or other options on account of unawareness, ignorance, unfamiliarity, unavailability, inaccessibility, ineligibility, exclusion, elimination, deferral, inertia, and so on. Such data, especially that on awareness, are amongst the most commonly collected survey items.
Methods are provided for analysis of both positive and negative impacts of different kinds of blockage and of evaluations. The result is an integrated analysis of the different blockage and evaluation effects on the generation of shares of choice between options.
