Software support

Support is available for all users of MaceTech software via e-mail.

When reporting problems, please include the following information:

1. A description of the problem.
   
   
2. Is the problem reproducible? If so, how? (Include any test data in the smallest form possible.)
   
   
3. What error messages, if any, are generated?
   
   
4. If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
   
   
5. What version of MacTech software are you running? (The splash screen shows this.)
   
   
6. What version of Excel are you running? (If you are not sure, select "About Microsoft Excel" on the Help menu.)
   
   
7. What version of Windows are you running (Windows 95, Windows NT 4.0, etc.)?

For those of you downloading MaceTech software you will automatically receive "Choice news".

The newsletter covers:

5. Links to option choice and evaluation research issues and solutions
6. Links to internet information relevant to research into option evaluation and choice.
7. Plus anything else that seems relevant or helpful to researching evaluation and choice.
